Am I eligible for this emergency cover?

Our cover is for only home owners. We do not offer landlord cover at this time.

What happens if I change my mind for the cover?

If you cancel your cover duing the cancellation period stated on your policy documents and have not claimed you will recieve a full refund.

If you have made a claim within your cancellation period you will be required to make any remaining payments due to complete the cover.

What will happen after I’ve had my cover for a year?

We will give you a call or send a letter to make sure your happy with your policy renewal. if we hear nothing back we assume your happy to renew for another year with us.

Will I have to pay any extra fees or charges?

No, all we require from you is your monthly membership charge and in the event that you make a claim, your £30 excess fee cover's all repairs, materials, labour and call out charge.

How long will it take for an engineer to arrive?

Due to us being a local company and not nationwide, we can offer an extremely fast response time in as little as 15 minutes (subject to severity) to get your issue resolved.
